Halogenix is of course himself a greatly accomplished producer within his own right and here we see him return with four solo outings that illustrate just how on point he is on his own with the issue of an E.P that really highlights his own individual flexibility and versatility across the complete release, each track within its own right showing how confidently Halogenix can stride and transcend the different corners of the genre to deliver stunning results with the finest attention to detail and all hand stamped together with his own unique sound. The E.P weaves its way through an emotive journey of accomplished musical depth, starting with the emotionally charged vocal of “Take the Lead” ft Zoe Klink, through to the 80’s Chicago-esque tinged vibes of “Each his Own” and then finally rolling out with the chilled blissful finale of “Up & Down”.
